Dina Lillyman (left), of Franklin Grove, and Nancy Wadsworth, of Dixon, record their reflections of the scene around them. The ladies came out to Franklin Creek State Natural Area on Saturday for a free writing workshop. The event was lead by Oregon based environmental writer Winifred Bird. Participants met at the Mill to recieved advice from Bird, before heading out into the park to put their writing to the test.
